Our products are compliant for sale in various markets including the USA, AU, EU, INDIA, NZ, South Korea, UAE, Canada, UK, and South Africa, with sample compliance documentation available for review. 2. Order Form and Pricing: Fill out the order form provided, detailing your product range and any additional scent preferences. Review the pricing details and ensure a clear understanding of the costs involved. 3. Manufacturing Agreement and NDA: A Manufacturing Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) need to be signed before your order can be accepted, ensuring the protection of intellectual property and adherence to our manufacturing standards. 4. Artwork and Packaging: Select from 10 design templates provided for easy modification by our graphic artist to meet your branding needs. If using your own approved packaging, complete and sign the requisite form. Review and approve the artwork and packaging designs, keeping in mind that small variations in colour and typeface between the design file and final product are unavoidable. 5. Packaging Options and Lead Times: Choose from various packaging options including airless pumps, soft tubes, sachets, or bulk, each with different lead times. For customer-supplied packaging, review the pricing and requirements available. 6. Production: Once the artwork and packaging are finalized, the manufacturing process commences. The lead time for production varies based on the packaging option selected, ranging from 5-6 weeks for airless pumps, 3-4 months for soft tubes, 6 weeks for sachets, to 15 working days for bulk orders. 7. Reorders: For reorders, a lead time of 15 working days is applicable, subject to the availability of labels/tubes. 8. Shipping: All orders are ex-factory and shipping is not included in the pricing. Larger palletised orders can be shipped to our EU or US warehouse, with the price and lead time provided on request. It's important to note that insurance for goods in transit is the customer's responsibility. 9. Tinted Products: All products can be tinted free of charge to specific shades as detailed in the order form. 10. Marketing Claims: Review the list of marketing claims associated with our products, such as Australian Made, Certified Vegan, 100% Organic, Reef Safe, and others which are backed by rigorous testing and certifications. 11. Next Steps: Test samples to appreciate the unique qualities of each batch. Sign the order form and Manufacturing Agreement. Fill out the Artwork Template and pay the deposit to initiate the production process. Once the products are manufactured, pay the balance to have the goods released ex-factory for shipping. Throughout the process, our team at VeganicSKN is committed to providing support and ensuring a seamless experience as you work towards launching your private label sunscreen products.

Many diaper rash creams are around 40% zinc oxide – so zinc is a soothing, healing product when applied topically. It’s also a phenomenal barrier to the harsh UVA, UVB and blue light rays that we are exposed to daily (Frydrych et al., 2004).

Yes! Our sunscreens are 100% organic (audited 100% Organic by PHARMCHEM Technical Services to NSF/ANSI 305-2016) and biodegradable. Several countries such Hawaii and Thailand only allow the use of mineral sunscreens with Zinc Oxide or Titanium Dioxide Actives due to the toxic effects of some chemical (petrochemical) UV filters on marine life.
